NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE DECLARE DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING
SECTION1 The City Council strongly encourages Castlewood Country Club to end the lockout and put all the employees back to work
SECTION 2 The City Council urges the parties to immediately return to the bargaining table to resolve their labor dispute in a fair and just manner
SECTION 3 The City Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of this resolution to the management representatives of the Castlewood Country Club and the representatives of Unite Here Hospitality Workers Union Local 2850
